Prohibited uses
In plain terms: don't use CIPHER for anything illegal, deceptive, harmful, or that isn't yours to do.
You may not use CIPHER CRM to:
- Carry out illegal activity or facilitate it.
- Distribute malware, viruses or other harmful code.
- Commit fraud or phishing, or impersonate others deceptively.
- Harass, threaten or abuse any person.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights (see IPR Complaints).
- Access, collect or use data without proper authorisation or consent.
- Send spam or unsolicited messaging (see our Anti-spam Policy).
- Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the security or integrity of the platform.
How to report abuse
If you believe CIPHER CRM is being used abusively, tell us. Email hello@ciphercrm.co with as much detail as you can (what happened, who is involved, dates, and any evidence). We review every report.
Enforcement & account action
In plain terms: break the rules and we can warn you, remove content, limit features, or close the account - fast if the risk is serious.
When we become aware of a breach, we investigate and may take action proportionate to the severity - including warning the account, removing content, restricting or suspending features, or terminating the account. We may act immediately where there is a serious or ongoing risk. Enforcement is consistent with our Terms of Service.
Cooperation with authorities
In plain terms: we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and may share information where the law requires it.
We cooperate with law-enforcement and regulatory authorities in response to lawful requests, and may disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect the safety of people and the platform.
