Marks we own
In plain terms: the CIPHER CRM and CIPHER Craft names and the CIPHER logo are ours.
The following are trademarks of CIPHER Craft Pvt. Ltd.:
- CIPHER CRM - our product name.
- CIPHER Craft - our company name.
- The CIPHER logo and associated brand assets.
These marks, and the goodwill in them, belong to CIPHER Craft Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable law.
Permitted use
In plain terms: you can mention us truthfully and link to us - just don't make it look like we endorse you.
Without asking us first, you may:
- Refer to our product or company in a truthful, descriptive way (nominative/referential use) - for example, "works with CIPHER CRM".
- Link to our website using "CIPHER CRM" or "CIPHER Craft" as the link text.
- Use our name in factual press, reviews or comparisons, without implying we endorse or sponsor you.
Prohibited use
In plain terms: do not use our name or logo to suggest we back you, and do not build it into your own product name, domain, logo or handle.
You may not, without our written permission:
- Use our marks in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship that does not exist.
- Alter, distort, recolour or combine our logo with other elements.
- Use our marks - or confusingly similar names - in your own product name, company name, domain, logo or social handle.
- Use our marks in a misleading, unlawful or disparaging manner.
Brand-asset guidelines
In plain terms: if you are allowed to use the logo, use it as-is - do not stretch, recolour or crowd it.
When a use of our logo is permitted or approved:
- Use the logo as provided - do not modify its shape, proportions or colours.
- Give it clear space and a legible size; don't crowd it with other logos or text.
- Don't place it on backgrounds that reduce legibility or imply a partnership that isn't in place.

Requesting permission
For any use beyond the permitted cases above - including marketing, partner or co-branding contexts - request written permission at hello@ciphercrm.co. Tell us who you are and how you intend to use the marks, and we will respond.
Reporting misuse
If you see our marks being misused, or believe your own intellectual-property rights have been infringed, please tell us via our IPR Complaints process or email hello@ciphercrm.co. We take brand and IP misuse seriously.
