What is online proposal acceptance?
Online proposal acceptance means a client can approve or turn down your offer on the web instead of signing and returning paper or writing back. In CIPHER CRM you share a private link to the proposal. The client opens it without a password, reads it and presses accept or decline, then confirms.
CIPHER CRM gives each proposal, estimate and invoice its own public share link. The link needs no login and uses an address nobody could guess, so only the people you share it with can open it. On a proposal or estimate, the client sees the full document, can download the PDF and then chooses accept or decline. A confirmation step asks them to confirm the choice, so a stray tap does not count, and the answer is saved on the document for your team to see. Invoice links do a different job: they show a live paid or overdue banner, the full transaction history and receipts the client can download. You stay in control of every link. Switch it off when the deal is done, or regenerate it to make the old address stop working. Customers who use the portal can answer proposals and estimates there too. It is included in every plan.
